TIMEPORARY CLOCK: TIME TRAVELER
We are living in the world surrounded with various environment made by nature and human. Sometimes environment exist in our routine which we walk through everyday. Sometimes we find and explore new environment by traveling. Sometimes routine environment become unfamiliar following our emotio and sometimes we get new emotion from space.
[Time traveler] is a project that studio osoh makes a clock out of these spaces. Studio osoh travels different spaces with various sizes of clock, and captures the spaces with the clocks in photos. In the photos, temporary beauty, time, and story of the spaces doesn't disappear but continues forever, and these captured moment is emphasized by constantly moving clock.
세상을 살아가는 것은 하나의 여행 과도 같다. 끊임 없이 한 방향으로 흘러가는 시간 위를 걸어가고, 자연과 인간이 만들어 놓은 다양한 공간들을 마주치며 우리는 살아간다. 같은 순간은 결코 반복되지 않는 그 순간의 연속인 여행은 지나쳐 버리기 쉬운 아름다움으로 가득 차 있다.
[Time traveler]는 그 여행 속의 순간들을 채집하는 프로젝트이다. 다양한 크기의 시계를 들고 시간과 공간을 누비며 어느 공간이 어느 한 순간 가지고 있던 아름다움을 담아 시계로 만든다. 사진에 담기어 멈추어 있는 공간의 모습 한 구석에서 끊임없이 흘러가는 시계를 통해 순간이 가지고 있는 아름다움을 더욱 부각 시키며 한 순간 어느 공간을 오브젝트로 만들어 내는 프로젝트이다..
